The Safari House is a African themed paradise and your own kingdom. Built of stone. Private entrance. The queen size bed and amenities make our guests feel like they are in a faraway country in a different time period. The Safari House is decorated with African antiques that Brian’s parents brought back from Africa when they lived there in the 30’s and 40’s.The pieces displayed in The Safari House are from their time when they met, married and lived in Nigeria, Africa for many years thus the name “The Safari House’”. His father worked for Lever Brothers of England and his mother worked in leprosy camps for many years with the Sudan Interior Mission. As well, for our guests’ pleasure, there is a large private outdoor garden space and patio with lounging chairs, patio table and chairs and total privacy. The suite has all the amenities expected such as a large screen television, fireplace, refrigerator with cold drinks, coffee/tea station and snacks. The private stone bathroom has a rain shower with all the toiletries.
